The discovery, show casing and promotion of emerging Country/ Gospel Music artists/writers in the province who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to perform in front of provincial and International Country Music professionals. 

To also promote Country/ Gospel Music  and mentor new performers and writers in all Country genres  .

Each province  can  hold provincial wide competitions to qualify contestants for the International competition and to subsidize  winners in different categories helping to send our provicial best to the International Finals in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. 

Each provincial  association has full autonomy and is also a member of the North American Country Music Association International.
